Impants & Mammograms

I am hoping someone out there will have some information to help me and respond to this question.

I am having a issue w/our Radiology Dept. When a patient comes in for a mammogram and they have breast implants (they are not having any problems). Pt. comes in and the Radiology Dept. will only charge for the diagnostic mamo charge per there ACR guidelines, and it should truly be a screening Mammo. In fact that is what the Physician order is stating to be done a Screening mammo w/the diagnosis of breast implants

And according to coding guidelines there must be a sign or symptom in order to use the diagnostic. Does anyone have any more documenation sites that can back my position up or what anyone else is doing?
