    PT RETURNING TO O.R. FOR REVISION OF SPINE SURGERY 2 WEEKS PRIOR, IS THERE A DX CODE FOR THIS? ALSO I WILL BE USING MODIFIER -78 ON CPT codes?

    Default Modifier 78
    On line i found a neurosurgery coding alert 2008: Volume 9,number10, that explains if you answer yes to these 3 questions you can apply modifier 78;

    #1 does procedure gall within a global?
    #2 is the procdure'related' to initial surgery?
    #3 is there a return to or?
