Payor Requirements

    Default Payor Requirements
    Medical Coding Books
Can someone tell me where I would go to find out payor requirements as it pertains to which codes/modifiers to use. Example: Some payors want you to use the HCPCS G Codes for screening colonoscopies and others may not. Any help would be appreciated.

There's a nifty link on this page, actually - under "resources". It's called the Provider Manuals and Policies's very useful.
