    Would you consider argon laser as previous sx for this CPT or code as no prev sx?

    wouldn't this be a complication of surgical procedure- a 900 code?

    I would say NO, unless there was now scarring from the laser. So, if no real previous surgery it would be 66170. The 66172 would be if there was scarring from previous surgery.
