    Default Jejunostomy tube

    AAPC: Back to School
Jejunostomy tube is removed, new tube is placed via separate percutaneous access site. Would you code 49441 because it is a different access site? Thanks

you would use 49441 since the tube is being replaced via SEPERATE acces site
