    AAPC: Back to School
    A three year old has a diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea with adenotonsillar hyperplasia. Would you could 327.23 or 780.57 for the sleep apnea?

    For obstructive sleep apnea is 327.23 only, 780.57 is sleep apnea.
    Under apnea ->obstructive(adult)(peadiatric)-327.23.so dont worry about the age,for obstructive sleep apnea means use 327.23. o.k...
