    AAPC: Back to School
    Does anyone know when CPT 17250 for chemical cauterization and CPT code 11042 can be used together? Appreciate.

    When the cauterization is a separate and distinct service.
    Which in my opinion could mean if it was done on an entirely different wound than the debridement was done on.
