Does anyone know a code for Evans Procedure??? Thanks a bunch!

According to a note in my CPT book, and "Evans procedure" should be coded as 28300.
Ortho is not my thing, so I can't be sure...and especially not sure without an op report. I did google it though, and came up with a couple sites that used the same code.

    Good luck!

To my knowledge the drill making is from fibula thro TALUS in Evans procedure not to through Calcaneus.
So Would you make it sure whether the code 28302 (talus) is the correct one?
