    AAPC: Back to School
    Started a case by Lapraroscopy Hysterectomy, then converted to Abdominal Hysterectomy for uterus greater that 250. Is code 58572 correct for this procedure?

    What would be the correct way to code a Laprascopic Vaginal Hysterectomy that converted to an Abdominal Hysterectomy?
