    Default New LHC w/ -26 mod?
    Exam Training Packages
    Correct me if I'm wrong, but we should be billing the new LHC codes w/ the -26 modifer, no?!? Will someone please let me know? Thanks a bunch.

    Yes, I believe we bill these new codes with a -26.
