    Did you ever receive a copy of the CPT issue you requested? If you did would you mind sending me a copy. I am going crazy tring to get these paid. Humana in particular continues to deny 63047 when billed with the fusions. My fax is 513-961-1912, attn: Charlena. THANKS!!!
