    Default transpelvic vs transvaginal u/s

    AAPC: Back to School
    I am a bit confused about the next scenario:
    If the order is generated for pelvic u/s only but the pelvic and the transvaginal were done can we charge for both? - in other way - can radiologist "modify" the test without an order??
