    AAPC: Back to School
    I know there has been several questions about the ROS but I need help on this one. What system would this be when the provider states under ROS TB exposure:None known & Recent travel. I have never seen this before. Thanks

    Hello, I have never seen that before either, but I would use it under immunologic, since , see below:

    is a test used to determine if someone has developed an immune response to the bacterium that causes tuberculosis (TB)

    I would put in under Respiratory since it is a disease of the lungs

    This is past/social history not a ROS.
