    Any idea on how to code an inflammation of the trabecular meshwork for a status post IOL?

    Complications / ocular lens implant NEC
    Infection or inflammation-996.69 +
    Use additional code to identify the inflammation -379.03

    If indicated- Use V45.61 if associated with concurrent cataract removal.

    Trabecular meshwork= trabecular tissue of sclera
