    Default new coder needs help with modifier

    AAPC: Back to School
    A patient who is in global for ORIF of ankle, returns to ER and has a splint change (29515). What modifier would be appropriate to use for this splint change?

    Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    I would use a 58
