    Default Hip Arthrogram

    AAPC: Back to School
    We work in an ASC and medicare is denying cpt 27095. Is there a hcpcs code that we should be using instead for medicare?

    Is it a arthrogram under anesthesia (not anesthetic)? You may want to look at G0260 if it's not with anesthesia.
