Default E/M Coding Suggestions for non-e/m coder

    AAPC: Back to School
I am trying to expand my knowledge of coding and don't do E/M coding at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on coding E/M? I have googled a search and found a few websites and also have gone to a seminar on E/M in reference to consults but still just need some basic rules. Guidelines might be a better word. Thanks ahead.

Go to www.EMuniversity.com, they have a tuturial which takes you step by step on E/M coding. Plus it is free & you can get 10 CEU's by taking the test.
