Scleral reinforcement ????

    Default Scleral reinforcement ????
    Medical Coding Books
    I already posted this in opthalmology section but did not receive any response. Can you bill 67255 (scleral reinforcement with graft) with 66180. I have received denials from Medicare, but docs office states that they bill for both and get reimbursed for both.

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    I have billed them in the past and got paid...there are seperated procedures
