Help with Capsulectomy code

    Red face Help with Capsulectomy code
    Medical Coding Books
    My doc did a 19371, but she took the implant out do to necrotic tissue that she had to debride. Can I charge for the debridement with this code or just the capsulectomy code that states the implant is removed after excising the scar?
