    AAPC: Back to School
    Would you consider "direct" supervision applicable if the physician is on the lower level of the suite and the PA is on the 2nd level of the suite? Thank you, DP

    no they specifically indicate this must be immediate office suite area.

    I agree, compliance states that they must be in the same suite to qualify.
