Question Help!!!! - My doctor wants to bill for an MRI

    AAPC: Back to School
My doctor wants to bill for an MRI interpretation after it has already been read by someone else. Does anyone know if this can be done legally? If so, How would we bill it? Thanks.

If there was a request for his interpretation, he could bill; however, the request would need to follow the same guidelines as a consultation request.
