Lightbulb Physician payment for synvisc medicine during surgery

MY DOCTOR WANTS TO PERFORM A KNEE SCOPE ON ONE KNEE (RT) AND SYNVISC ONE INJECTION ON OTHER KNEE (LT) DURING OUT PATIENT SURGERY AT THE HOSPITAL..

    MY QUESTION IS...
I KNOW I CAN BILL FOR THE KNEE SCOPE ON RT KNEE AND THE INJECTION 20610 ON LEFT KNEE...

BUT WILL WE (PHYSCIAN) GET PAID FOR THE (J7325) MEDICINE (SYNVISC ONE) WE TAKE TO THE HOSPITAL SO MY DOCTOR CAN GIVE INJECTION DURING OUT PATIENT SURGERY???

INSURANCE IS MEDICARE PRIMARY- BCBS SECONDARY..

    NEVER HAD THIS QUESTION BEFORE...
NORMALLY THE HOSPITAL BILLS FOR THE MEDS BUT IN THIS CASE THE HOSPITAL DOES NOT HAVE THIS MEDICINE???

my docs take meds to OR sometimes as well....We require them to document in operative report that the meds were brought from "our office"...(state your name/company) - then I have to bill the med separately with our office location as POS

I have not had to do this for Synvisc One - but have done it for euflexxa, orthovisc, and cortisones
we have not had any issues getting paid for this.
