Test Dose

    Medical Coding Books
    Can we bill for doing an intradermal injection of Carboplatin as a test dose, if it's done 30 min prior to starting the Carboplatin infusion? What code would I use for the injection?

    medicare reimbursement isn't much but we use 86486 and don't have any issues.
