Anterior & Posterior Capsulorrhaphy

    Medical Coding Books
    OUt doctr perfromed a capsulorrhaphy in both e anterior and posterior part of the shoulder(29806). Im pretty sure I cannot bill the code twice, but not really sure. Or is this a situation where a 22 modifier would come into play?
    Any help is appriciated. Thank you in advance.
