Question Hospital E/M code - neonatal death
    Medical Coding Books
I came across a hospital encounter where one of our FP delivered a baby, but it died shortly after it was delivered. What hospital E/M code do you use aside the from the resusitation code? Stumped!

I think you would use a discharge code.
