    Could someone please confirm if G0440 can be charged for each site if the cm are under 25? Thank you for your help.

    Yes, according to our Apligraf rep, [B]each wound w/G0440 abd an additional modifer of 59. If there's 2 wounds on the right leg and other are under 25sq cm, it would be coded:
