    Question Guide wire dialation

    AAPC: Back to School
    Scenario: I have a Dr. who performed a Guide Wire Dilation of the biliary tract with a graduated Dilator. Ther only Code with Dilation in the ERCP family is discriptive only as a baloon dilation (43271). Anyone have any other options???
