    Default Group Practice Infusion Administration

    AAPC: Back to School
We are opening up a small clinic which would perform mostly infusions on a daily basis for a group practice of 5 physicians. If physician Y's patient comes in for an infusion but physician X is the physician on hand that day is it still appropriate to bill under physician Y for services rendered?

You should bill under the physician on site at the time of service.
