Default Diagnosis question on dialysis catheter

    AAPC: Back to School
I have a surgeon removing a tunnelled central line used for hemodialysis. Would I use the diagnosis code for removal of vascular catheter (V58.81) or removal of hemodialysis catheter (V56.1).

    your help is appreciated.
