Does anyone have an Icd9 code for Holt-Oram syndrome?

  2. #2

I did a Google search & found this:

    759.89 Other anomalies

Congenital malformation syndromes affecting multiple systems, not elsewhere classified

I have no reference, however 3M assignes 746.89 Congenital anomoly of the heart.
    Hope this helps,

Look through the congenital anomalies 740–759.

Holt–Oram syndrome is a disorder that affects bones in the arms and hands (the upper limbs) and may also cause heart problems.

You can code other congenital malformation syndrome.
    Hope this helps..
