    Question rapid assessment CPT ?

    AAPC: Back to School
    Could someone help me out with these questions

    1. What is the correct code to assign for the rapid assessment ?

    2. Multiple rapid assessment are performed are they billable WITH what appropirate documentation ? If so what is the code ???????

    The answer depends on whether we are discussing cytopathology or surgical pathology.
