    How would you code a visit when parents meet with a provider to discuss a possible diagnosis of ADHD?

    Depending on what my notes say, I sometimes use V61.20 Concerns about behavior of child

    You could also code the child's symptoms.

    Had the child actualy been diagnosed with ADHD, then you would code such, but since you state "possible," you would just code the symptoms.
