    What CPT code would you use for transaxillary resection of right first rib when the intercostal brachial nerve is sacrificed with resultant sensory numbness from the shoulder to the elbow?

    Is this 21615 or 21616?

    Did you look at CPT code 21616? That seems to cover what your are looking for - easier to judge if I could see the documentation.
