    Default Pulmonary/Thoracentesis
    Exam Training Packages
    My pulmonologist has been billing 32422 along with a 76942 - Thoracentesis with ultrasonic guidance for needle placement in a hospital setting. These claims are being denied as "invalid POS". Can someone advise me what we are doing incorrectly? I would appreaciate any and all help.
