    Default Muscle Herniation DX code

    AAPC: Back to School
Does anyone have any suggestions. A new patient came in for a consultation for an area on the right shin that has been there for 10 years - No pain or anything, her PCP was just concerned about it because it got a little bigger. My dr diagnosed it as "muscle herniation". Any suggestions for a dx code for this?
