Can someone help me? Our providers want to use 99455 for work physicals. But the way I read this it is for work related disability services is this correct?

  2. Default Work physicals
We always use code 9002T for work physicals since insurance does not pay for this .
We then set a rate of pay, the patient must pay before the exam. I hope this is helpful.
