Howto know if malignant or benign?

    Default Howto know if malignant or benign?
    Medical Coding Books
    I'm doing some case studies and it doesn't state if the lesion is benign or malignant. Which one do I automatically go to? Thanks!

    you do not, you will have to use the 709.8 for skin disorder. You cannot assume any lesion is benign or malignant.
