    Default Credentialing help

    AAPC: Back to School
I have a physician that started working with us then 3-4 months later decided that he was going to go work somewhere else. How (or can) I get him credentialed with Medicare for just the time that he was here? Any referrences or help would be greatly appreciated.

I would call Provider Enrollment at Medicare and explain the situation to them. They will tell you which forms need to be completed.
