  1. Question 99241 and 52310
    Medical Coding Books
    Insurance paid 99241-25 but denied 52310. CCI edit states there are no bundling issues. Can these two codes be billed together?

    hmmm not sure on this one. I do see 99241 not valid for Medicare - who is carrier?
