    Medical Coding Books
    Is anyone doing this? if so how are you coding it(CPT and ICD-9/professional side)?

    According to CPT, use 76499 (there had been a Category III code 0028T but that was deleted. I would expect the diagnosis to be either a screening code (V77.8?) or V85.x
