    AAPC: Back to School
    When a doctor states "All other systems negative except as mentioned above". Do you consider this complete, or is there a certain amount of ROS that you need to pull out of the HPI to consider complete ROS? Or is there any documentation that I can pull to reference any guidelines for this?
