    AAPC: Back to School
    Our dermatologist stated in his notes, "Schedule excision with PA." When the PA does this procedure for this Medicare patient, can he bill incident-to? Thanks!

    If that is the extent of the documentation, then no. Incident to billing varies by type of facility, availability of a supervising provider, type of procedure associated with he incident to services provided.
