Place of service for an ASC

Default Place of service for an ASC
    Medical Coding Books
In the past, when billing for a physician performing a colonoscopy in our own ASC, we billed the physician component with a place of service of 22 and the facility component with a place of service of 24. So we are wondering, for those of you billing for a physician owned ASC, how do you bill POS for the physician and facility charges?

The few physican owned ASCs I've worked for all use the POS 24. They were still considered a free standing ASC facility.
