Thread: musculoskeletal template?

    Default musculoskeletal template?

    AAPC: Back to School
    Does anybody know where I can find a musculoskeletal template. I'm having a hard time trying to identify the bullets. I can find the body systems pretty good but I'm not sure if Im counting the bullets right. for example,

    Are you using the 1997 guidelines? They have a musculoskeletal exam for use within the guidelines. It lists the bullets and how to count them.
