    Default spine/ilac crest debridement.
    Medical Coding Books
    Pt had three spine sxs years ago now has possible infection, the Dr is going to debride lt SI joint and iliac crest; remove Dilaudid pump and close lt buttock wound...any thoughts on CPT codes would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

    FYI, for future refr. if needed. After reading the pt's chart I went with 22015, 11044, 62365 & 13100.
