    How many elements from each body area/organ system ig required to make an extened exam?

    Default Do you mean "Expanded Problem Focused" exam?

    Not sure what you mean by your question.

    Also, the answer will depend on whether you are using 1995 or 1997 guidelines.

    I suggest you read through this thread for some extensive discussions of how to quantify the documented exam.
