    Medical Coding Books
    We get many requests from school personnel to evaluate patients for possible ADD/ADHD? If we follow the consult guidelines regarding the "5 R's" can we code this as a consult even if our physician decides to assume on-going treatment of the patient for ADD/ADHD diagnosis?
