    AAPC: Back to School
    tenosynovial giant cell tumor


    Hello all,

    Is this dx still 727.02 or 215.2 instead?

    Just from what you gave... I'd use 727.02 unless somewhere in the chart note the Dx actually says benign tenosynovial tumor.
