    AAPC: Back to School
Can anyone help me find documentation that states when an EKG is read by the computer the physician must sign he agrees or whatever and sign the EKG for it to be billable. I remember this from a Medicare workshop but can not find it in writing. I need it for a compliance plan. HELP.
