Infected port Dx code... Need Help!

    Default Infected port Dx code... Need Help!
    Medical Coding Books
    Pt is a 56 yr male undergoing procedure to remove and replace an infected port CPT 43888.

    Dx was listed by dr as 996.60 to which Medicare states linkage does not match the LWRP/LCD database I cannot for the life of me determine the the correct Dx to get through the edits

    Can anybody help?
